Create an account
An online shopping account offers you a safe, easy, and fast way to order. It also makes it easier for you to track your order and receive emails about your order status.
How to create an online account:
You can create an online account in one of two ways:
- Click on My Account located at the top of each page and click login/register.
- When you place an order, enter your email address and password on the "Thank You for Your Order" page during Checkout.
Online Account Benefits
Here are just some of the benefits of having an online account with Toys“R”Us Canada and Babies“R”Us Canada:
- Order Status - Receive important information regarding the status of your order and track your order up to the moment it arrives.
- Faster Checkout - Your billing and shipping information will be readily available to make quick purchases.
- Gift Card Balance - you can quickly view the balance on your Gift Card.
- Baby registry – easy access to your baby registry.
Manage your Account
You can change your account information online at any time. Simply click My Account at the top of any page and sign in with your email address and password.
If you have a Toys“R”Us account, login to your account as usual.
If you do not have a Toys“R”Us account, simply click My Account at the top of any page and select Create Account. Once your account has been created, you will have access to:
- Update your personal information
- Change your password
- Add Rclub number and children’s birthday
- Add Credit Card
- Create a Baby Registry
- View your Order History
- Update your Address Book
If you want to create multiple Baby Registries, go ahead, all your Baby Registries will be available in one place on your account.
Forgot your Password
If you have forgotten your password, you can get a new one by clicking Forgot Password.
Changing Your Password
To change the password associated with your account, click on My Account located on the top of each page. Sign into your account and click on the Change Password link next to Password under the Personal Details header. You will be brought to a page where you can change your password.
Changing Your Email Address
To change the email address associated with your account:
- Click on My Account located on the top of each page.
- Sign into your account (using your current email address) and click on the "Edit" link next to the Personal Details header. You will be brought to a page where you can make changes to your email address. If you have a Baby Registry link to your email, contact us and we will adjust the email on your registry to ensure you can still access it properly from your account.
Shipping & Billing Addresses
Within Your Account, we store your shipping and billing addresses under the Address Book heading. We store these addresses to make the checkout process easier and reduce the amount of information you need to enter.
Email Preference Centre
Under the Personal Details header, you have access to the Toys“R”Us Canada and Babies“R”Us Canada Email Preference Centre. We deliver all you need to know about our products, sales and more right into your inbox!
When you sign up, you'll be among the first to get news about:
- The coolest new toys and products
- Promotions and sales
- Store events
- And more!
It's easy and fast to set up your preferences. Just sign up online and click your way through the creation process.
Being this informed has never been better and easier!
Creating or Updating your Email Preferences
- If you have a Toys “R” Us account, login to your account as usual. Once log in, you will have access to update your email preference (under the Personal Details Header).
- If you do not have a Toys “R” Us account, simply click My Account at the top of any page and select Create Account. Once your account has been created, you will have access to update your email preference (under the Personal Details Header).
- If you prefer not to create an account, enter your email address at the bottom of our main page to sign up for email update. You will be required to enter your name, email and postal code and will be able to select which emails you would like to receive.
- We will put your changes into effect as soon as possible.
When will your preferences and updates go into effect:
Once you have submitted or changed your personal information and preferences, we will update your preference centre and put your requests into effect as soon as possible.
If you choose to modify your preferences after signing up, you can:
- Log on to your account
- Click Edit, found in the Personal Details Header
- Click Update Preferences
- Update or change your preferences
- Click the "Save Profile" button to finalize your changes

How to be removed from the Toys“R”Us Canada and Babies“R”Us Canada emailing lists:
To stop receiving email communications, simply unsubscribe via your preference centre or click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our communications. You may also contact our Customer Success Team.
Sharing of contact information with other companies:
Toys“R”Us Canada and Babies“R”Us Canada will not license, sell, or provide your personal information to any unaffiliated third party except as permitted by the Toys“R”Us Canada and Babies“R”Us Canada Family Privacy Policy or with your consent.

How long will your preferences remain active:
It's up to you! Your email preference centre will remain active if you choose to keep it or until you decide to delete your preferences or unsubscribe from our communications.

This will vary based on the preferences you have selected.
