Largement considéré comme l'une des performances phares de The Grateful Dead, et certainement l'un des meilleurs de l'année 1973 universellement acclamée, le 10/06/73 est aussi synonyme de grands concerts de Grateful Dead que le sont le 13/02/70, le 27/08/. 72 et 8/05/77. Il y a peu de spectacles qui livrent la marchandise dans l'étendue de ce concert, avec son ouverture de déclaration de "Morning Dew", à travers de longs entraînements sur "Bird Song", "Playing In The Band", "Here Comes Sunshine", "Eyes". Du Monde", et une "Étoile Noire" d'un autre monde. Ajoutez à cela un rappel/troisième set de près d'une heure mettant en vedette des membres du Allman Brothers Band (avec qui les Dead ont partagé l'affiche au RFK en 1973), et vous obtenez non seulement l'un des spectacles les plus uniques de l'histoire des Grateful Dead, mais c'est aussi l'une des performances les plus excitantes, inspirées et puissantes de toute la carrière des Dead.
